On Sunday we lost our friend, family member and role model!
Our beloved South Lake Tahoe skier Kyle Smaine became a victim of an avalanche in the central region of Nagano, Japan. The former freestyle world champion was known for his positivity, his incredibly friendly nature and his endless loyalty!
For us at Fischer, he was more than an athlete. He has contributed a lot with his ideas and drive to bring freeride and freestyle to where it is now and has inspired and empowered us all with his commitment and his inspiring being.
