How much are the shipping costs?
For deliveries up to a value of EUR 100, we charge EUR 7.80 per delivery for shipping to Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Standard deliveries over EUR 100 are free of charge.

Which delivery service will deliver my order?
Our current partner is GLS.

How long are the delivery times?
All orders received before 12 noon are usually delivered free of charge by GLS within Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Czechia, the Netherlands, and Belgium within two working days.

Different delivery times apply to the following countries:
France: 2-3 business days
Italy, Spain: 3-4 business days
Poland: 3 business days

In exceptional cases, the delivery time may increase to up to 10 business days from contract acceptance.

Can I have my order sent to a packing station?
Currently, we only deliver to personal addresses.

Where are the goods shipped from?
All goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in Ried im Innkreis, Austria.
