Scan the QR code on your product, create your profile on the Fischer website, and upload your purchase receipt and date. Your unique product number is registered, and you’ll receive a confirmation email plus a proof document in your account. This guarantees 3 years of warranty from the purchase date for your specific product – for ultimate peace of mind.

After successful registration, the registered product will be visible in your customer account.
The extension applies exclusively to the product or products you have registered that are equipped with a QR code. Please note that ski boots and cross-country boots cannot currently be registered.
The extension is only available for selected products. If your product is not eligible for registration, you are not entitled to the warranty extension. Important: Rental products (marked with “XTR” in the name) and special models cannot be registered.
The extended warranty covers all complaints in accordance with our general terms and conditions (GTC) and the usual regulations.
No, the place of purchase is irrelevant. Registration and warranty extension are valid worldwide, regardless of the sales channel.
The extended warranty takes effect from the date of purchase of your eligible product.
You can register your product up to a maximum of 3 years after the date of purchase. Note: Registration is only possible if the product is no more than 3 years old after its market launch.
