The Travers CS uses the following technologies:
Lace Liners provide a better and more compact support in the shell and for the foot, especially on the insteps and heel fit.
Enables a previously unattained rotation angle of over 80° for optimum freedom of movement and unrestricted comfort when climbing.
Enables uncomplicated, fast and millimeter-precise setting and adjustment of the boot. Easy to use with just one hand for quick boot entry and exit.
The pulley-operated guides enable smooth power transfer from the instep to the toes and thus ensure that the shell is adapted perfectly to the individual anatomy of the foot.
Only one move needed to open or close the buckle which brings a fast change from uphill to downhill mode. Additionally the buckle can be lock in open position.
The carbon/Aramid plate used in the sole section ensures maximum torsional stiffness and direct power transfer to the ski.
Pivot point fixed liner cuff less drag during the walk more durability
The special shell construction in combination with the Boa® Closure System enables perfect interaction between the boot and the foot for a perfect fit and maximum comfort.
The spoiler is fixed to the boot liner by a Velcro strap and can be adjusted individually. Higher spoiler for more support, lower spoiler for lower calf position, spoiler removed for less forward lean.
With 45mm width Phatt Maxx Tour leads to a perfect cuff closure and therefore to best power transmission in downhill.
Guaranteed compatibility to all Tech-bindings and high wear resistance. Verified by lontime experience and use of these inserts.
The natural V-position enables skiers to control their skis with absolute precision.
This is what Lukas Ruetz says about the Travers CS:
The Travers CS it is my number one choice for all ski mountaineering activities, long ski traverses and steep ski missions. For me this touring boot has the optimal weight-performance ratio. With only 980 grams (size 26.5), a comfortable stiffness and aggressive forward lean, it convinces not only on the ascent but also on every descent.
