Through a simple process of heating and compression Fischer's proprietary VACU-PLAST material adapts to the specific contours of the foot providing a customized fit unrivaled by other boots on the market. Additionally, the high-tech polymer is 15% lighter than conventional PU and has a greater temperature stability, providing a more consistent flex, regardless of air temperature.

VACUUM BOX

Based on the same technology, boots featuring VACUUM Comfort Fit likewise enable the individual adjustment of the shell but the targets are different: the 16-minute fitting procedure achieves a sporty, comfortable fit which is unrivalled in this segment.

WARM-UP

Heat up the shell to 80 degrees Celsius in the oven

PRE-FIT

Insert foot into preheated shell.

Put on Cooling Pad and Compression Pad.

Adjust the stand position on the VACUUM FULL FIT Station.

PERFECT FIT AND COOL DOWN

Adjust the entire boot to the anatomy of the foot using compressed air.

Use the Cooling Pad to cool it down.

HEATING PERIOD

Shell heating with blanket warmer technology as tried and tested in motor sport.

FORMING PROCESS

Placing of Cooling Pad and Compression Pad.

PARTIAL FITTING OF HEEL AREA

Adaptation of heel area to foot anatomy using compressed air.
