1. Sponsor

Fischer Skis US LLC, 60 Dartmouth Drive, Auburn, NH 03032 (“Sponsor”).

Prize Providers: Team O'Neil Rally School and Ford Motor Company. The Prize Providers supply portions of the prize but are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Because both the winner and the winner's guest will operate a motor vehicle during the Winter Rally School portion of the prize, the winner and the guest must each be at least eighteen (18) years old and hold a valid, unexpired driver's license at the time the prize is redeemed. A winner who cannot satisfy this requirement — or whose guest cannot — forfeits the prize.

Employees, officers, directors, members and agents of Sponsor, the Prize Providers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 26, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 21, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit fischersports.com/RallyAndSki and complete and submit the entry form. Entry is free — no purchase or payment of any kind is required.

The entry form requests the following information, all of which must be provided to complete an entry: first name; last name; mailing address (street address, city, state, ZIP code and country); email address; your email communication preference; your anticipated timeframe for purchasing your next vehicle; and the type(s) of skiing that interest you.

Answering the vehicle-purchase-timeframe and skiing-interest questions requires only the selection of a pre-set option. No answer to either question is more or less favorable than any other, and your answers do not affect your chances of winning.

Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries submitted by any person in excess of the stated limit will be void. Use of any automated system, script, macro, or other device to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

The entry form asks whether you wish to opt out of email communications from Sponsor and Ford Motor Company. You must indicate a preference to complete your entry, but either answer is accepted — electing to opt out does not prevent you from entering and does not affect your chances of winning.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, late, lost, misdirected, or that otherwise do not conform to these Official Rules are void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or network failures of any kind, or for lost or unavailable network connections, which may limit or prohibit an entrant's ability to participate.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) potential grand-prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on September 25, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to respond within that period, an undeliverable notification, or a return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) Publicity Release, and to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, within a period specified by Sponsor. Failure to return the required documents within that period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of a two (2) day, two (2) night winter experience in New Hampshire's White Mountains for the winner and one (1) guest:

8. Prize Conditions and Restrictions

• The prize is non-transferable. No substitution, assignment or exchange of the prize is permitted by the winner.
• The prize has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component of a prize) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
• All prize dates are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance and confirmed with Team O'Neil Rally School. Rally school instruction is offered on scheduled session dates only and is subject to weather and operating conditions.
• The prize must be claimed and the experience completed on or before March 31, 2027. Any portion of the prize not claimed and used by that date is forfeited, with no substitution or compensation.
• The Winter Rally School and Cannon Mountain portions are subject to the separate waivers, safety requirements, licensing requirements and terms and conditions of Team O'Neil Rally School and Cannon Mountain respectively. The winner and guest must execute any such documents as a condition of participation. Refusal to do so results in forfeiture of that portion of the prize with no substitution.
• Not included: transportation to and from New Hampshire, ground transportation, meals, ski or equipment rentals, gratuities, insurance, incidentals, and any other expense not expressly listed in Section 7. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
• The winner is solely responsible for the conduct of the guest, and the guest must comply with these Official Rules.

9. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize will be reported as required by law. Team O'Neil Rally School will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner in accordance with applicable requirements, and a completed IRS Form W-9 must be provided before the prize is awarded.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and the Prize Providers, and their designees, to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, statements and likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment, notice, review or consent.

11. Privacy and Use of Entrant Information

Information collected from entrants is collected by Sponsor and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at fischersports.com/us_en/data-protection/. Information shared with Ford Motor Company is additionally subject to Ford's privacy policy.

By entering, you acknowledge and agree that the personal information you submit — including your name, email address and ZIP code — will be shared by Sponsor with the Prize Providers, Team O'Neil Rally School and Ford Motor Company, and may be used by each of them for their own marketing purposes in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action warranting termination.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Prize Providers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, members and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, damage or expense arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.

Entrants acknowledge that motorsport instruction and skiing involve inherent risks of serious injury or death, and that participation in those portions of the prize is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram) or any other social media platform. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any such platform.

16. Winner's List
