Terms & Conditions AJ Ginnis Giveaway

  1. The competition runs from September 23rd 04:00 pm (CET) to September 29th 2023 at 11:59 pm (CET) and is open worldwide.
  2. Participants must be at the age of 18 years or above.
  3. The prize includes a World Cup Package including two tickets for a Slalom World Cup Race of the winners choice, a Meet & Greet with AJ Ginnis and a RC4 CT 175cm signed by AJ Ginnis.
  4. Certain World Cup stops such as Kitzbühel, Wengen, etc. can be excluded due to high ticket demand. The winner will be informed as soon as more information is available.
  5. Fischer cannot be held responsible for possible cancellation, postponement or abandonment of the race. Furthermore, Fischer cannot be held responsible for a possible absence of the athlete due to injury, illness, disqualification, no qualification or other reasons.
  6. Travel, a possible accommodation at the World Cup race, etc. will be at the expense of the winner. Fischer will only provide the prizes described above.
  7. Participants enter the competition by fulfilling the steps described in the associated raffle post on Instagram.
  8. The winner will be randomly selected within 7 days of the end of the competition.
  9. The winners will be notified via Instagram’s messaging function.
  10. The winners will receive more information via mail. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  11. The organizer of this prize draw is Fischer Sports GmbH. This competition has no connection to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and is in no way sponsored by Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

  13. The organizer reserves the right to stop or cancel activities at any time in the event of any irregularities. This applies in particular to events whereby the competition cannot be carried out properly due to technical (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation or unconscionability) or legal reasons.
