Lightning fast RACE CODE skate race ski for young champions with World Cup technology adapted to the specific needs of junior racers: Speedmax Skate Jr. The new lower and shorter tip construction reduces the ski's swingweight to a minimum, enabling highest agility. Cold Base Bonding offers improved wax absorption and grindability. The skis are supplied with a thin layer of wax to protect the base for the best gliding properties, which must be removed and brushed off before the first use. Comes in a set with the Race Jr Skate TURNAMIC® binding.

The top models at Fischer are coated with a thin layer of wax after the first grinding treatment and before delivery to the sports retailer. This preparation with hot wax in cooperation with VAUHTI protects the base against dirt and oxidation and ensures the best gliding properties. Before using the skis for the first time, this protective layer of wax must be removed with a sharp plexiglass blade in the direction of travel under even, light pressure and then brushed off with a nylon or combi brush. The base structure must be completely clean for optimal gliding quality.
