1. The competition runs from 17th of November 2025 to 1st of Mai 2026 23:59.
2. Participation is possible worldwide.
   
3. Participants must be at least 18 years old. 
4. All participants will be entered into a draw to win one will win a pair of skis of their choice including matching bindings.
5. Participants enter the prize draw by entering their personal details on the website and ticking that they wish to subscribe to the Fischer newsletter.
6. The winner will be chosen at random no later than 7 days after the end of the competition. 
7. The winner will be notified via the email address provided. 
8. The prize will be sent by post and cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to another person.
9. The organizer of this raffle is Fischer Sports GmbH. The raffle is not connected to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and is not sponsored by Facebook, Instagram or Twitter in any way.
10. All data protection provisions (point 8) according to the Privacy Policy apply:

11. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end campaigns earlier in the event of irregularities. This applies in particular to cases in which the proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation, immorality) or legal reasons.
