When did you start skiing?

I started skiing when I was a kid in my hometown in Le Grand Bornand. Basically, when I started to walk I started to ski. 

What was your dream job when you were a child?

My dream job was archeologist or astronaut, but it turned out quickly that what I really wanted was skiing. 

What was your biggest breakthrough in your ski career?

My biggest breakthrough was my first podium in World Cup in Lenzerheide in 2017, or my first World cup victory in Planica in 2019.

Which is your favorite place to ski and your favourite competition venue?

My favourite place to ski is Les Mouilles which is a really short track above my house. It’s in front of the mountains, it’s charming and so beautiful. My favorite competition venue is Davos.

Where have you not been that you want to go to?

Hawaii and Kenya are probably the 2 destinations that I really want to visit the most.

What are the top 3 things we should know about you?

Honesty is the most important value for me.

I really enjoy sewing and creating clothes from scratch.

I love food.

What is your favorite quote or personal motto?

The journey counts not the destination.

What are your favorite hobbies?

I have many hobbies. I love many sports but other than that I really like taking pictures and videos.

What advice would you give others at the beginning of their competitive career?

I would tell them to have as much fun as they can, while being as professional as they can, and to really enjoy the process.

What does #livetoski mean to you?

For me it means to simply enjoy skiing for what it is.
