The #livetoski app is owned and operated by Fischer Sports GmbH. If you use the #livetoski-app and create an account, we collect the following information:
- Account information
We collect, and associate with your account, the information you provide to us when you sign up for your #livetoski-account. The following information is stored: first name, last name, email address, gender, date of birth, height, weight, phone number, ski category, ski level, public/private profile and marketing consent.
- Marketing
If you register for the #livetoski app and allow emails, we will send you information about our services from time to time. Users who receive these marketing materials can opt out at any time. If you don’t want to receive marketing material from us, click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the corresponding emails or revoke your consent in your profile settings.
- Location Data
The #livetoski app includes location-based features such as tracking your skiing activities. To provide these location-based features the #livetoski app will use precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your mobile device, when you use the app. The location data is stored locally on your phone and on our servers. The processing of data on the servers is not person related. You may delete it at any time via the #livetoski app.
- Data Security
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of personal and location information during transmissions to our servers. We restrict access to data to our employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the app.
- Bases for Processing Your Data
We collect and use the personal data described above in order to provide you with our services. We also collect and use personal data for our legitimate business needs. To the extent we process your personal data for other purposes, we ask for your consent in advance. We process your data (1) to provide the #livetoski app services to you; (2) in furtherance of Fischer Sports legitimate interests in operating our services and business.

Your data will be processed and stored exclusively in Europe and the data will not be transferred to third countries.

You have control over your personal data and how it’s collected, used, and shared. For example, you can:
- Delete your data in your #livetoski account or delete your complete #livetoski account.
- Change or correct personal data. You can manage your account and the content contained in it through your profile settings page.
- You can ask us for a copy of personal data you provided to us or that we’ve collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it.
