The Greek has a definite goal in his mind. "Together with my team, my plan is to ski as fast as possible to build on last season," he says.
His serviceman and his coach are also his best buddies, which means that there is great atmosphere within the team.
The 28-year-old learned to ski at the age of two in Greece, and then moved to Austria where he started racing at the age of 12. He then moved to the USA and competed in his first FIS and World Cup races, and most recently back to Greece, where the popular skier really feels home. He wants to win a World Cup race for this country in particular.
True to the World Championship slalom silver medalist´s motto: "O tolmon Nika!" ("Who dares, wins!") he together with Fischer is also preparing for the next season!
AJ is an inspiration for many young racers with his story and Fischer is proud to be a part of it.
