Change to Our Product Registration


In accordance with new EU-wide requirements for the labeling of voluntary warranty services, we will discontinue our product registration as of September 27, 2026. This also marks the end of the voluntary warranty extension previously associated with it. Of course, your statutory warranty rights will remain unchanged.

What does this mean for products that have already been registered?

If you successfully registered your Fischer product before September 27, 2026, the warranty extension granted as a result will remain in effect. The warranty terms agreed upon at the time of registration will continue to apply to your product.


What will change as of September 27, 2026?

As of that date, Fischer products can no longer be registered for an additional warranty extension. The current online product registration service will be discontinued accordingly. Existing QR codes on products will redirect directly to the respective product detail page in the future. There, you’ll continue to find all available information about your Fischer product.


Your statutory rights remain unchanged

The discontinuation of product registration does not affect your statutory warranty rights. The statutory warranty remains in effect and is governed by the applicable legal provisions. Your first point of contact for claims under the statutory warranty is generally the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
