Kamil Stoch dominates in Lillehammer

Kamil Stoch (POL, Fischer) dominated the World Cup competition in Lillehammer (NOR) and significantly extended his lead in the RAW AIR ranking.

In contrast to Oslo (NOR), where Kamil Stoch had no chance in the wind conditions in the final, this time the wind played a part and the pole jumped in his own league once again. In his shape obviously neither RAW AIR nor overall World Cup cannot be taken away from him. After 140.5 and 141 meters, he was 28 points ahead of his teammate Dawid Kubacki (POL). "It's been a very good day for me again, I'm happy with my performance today, but I still have some things to improve, and I am pleased that my team-mates have performed so well in front of these great fans in Norway" said Kamil Stoch. Richard Freitag (GER, Fischer) showed a very long jump on 141.5 meters in the final, but made a bad landing in the high width for fear of another crash. As a result, he lost a podium finish and came in fifth. Rank seven went to Peter Prevc (SLO, Fischer) ahead of Stefan Kraft (AUT, Fischer).
