The first competition in Engelberg took place in fair conditions with a steady tailwind. Thanks to his lead from the first round after jumping 138 meters, Kamil Stoch narrowly won ahead of Stefan Kraft. Third place went to Karl Geiger, who celebrated his first World Cup victory in Engelberg last winter. Daniel Huber (AUT, Fischer) finished seventh, but lost two positions in the final.
