LADIES FREERIDE CAMP 2012 WITH SANDRA LAHNSTEINER27.01.2012|BY SANDRA LAHNSTEINER
For the second
time Fischer freeskier and certified coach/skiinstructor Sandra Lahnsteiner coached a freeride camp just for ladies. "I just
love to inspire and motivate other girls for freeskiing, to enjoy nature
and pow, to push their limits and have their best time of their life. A
girls only freeride camp seems to be just the perfect way to get close
to that goal."
Was it storm "Andrea" or "Mother Hulda"? Anyway, girl power for sure, as tons of snow hitting the Zillertal beginning of January, just perfect for the Peak Performance Ladies Freeride Camp. Local mountain guide Stefan Wierer accompanied the camp for safety reasons AND to be sure to get the BEST
powder runs for the ladies and their Fischer Wateas and Big Stix skis! Awesome tree runs in deep powder, first cliff-drops, smiling faces and a super happy crew! Just nothing to complain!
"It was fantastic to see how the ladies improved,
pushed their personal limits and enjoyed the skiing in the deep pow. One
of the best moments was for sure when some girls dropped of the
avalanche barrier - it was so good to motivate them and finally see
their faces after the landings! Stoked!", so Sandra.
