TWO FISCHER WINNER AT THE SUMMER GRAND PRIX

For the first time in the history at the end of the Nordic Combined Summer Grand Prix two winner were on top of the podium: Akito Watabe (JPN, Fischer skis and boots) and Berhard Gruber (AUT, Fischer skis and boots) claimed together victory in the overall ranking. Winner oft he final day was Johannes Rydzek (GER, Fischer skis and boots), who thus was able to win already the fifth time on his home turf in Oberstdorf (GER).
Thanks to one victory, as well as one second, third and fourth place each Akito Watabe and Bernhard Gruber won this years Summer Grand Prix overall ranking with 290 points. Johannes Rydzek ensured third place in the overall ranking thanks to his final victory and 246 points. Thus the three best athletes trust in Fischer skis and boots.

In addition the three best athletes on the podium agreed: „We hope that we can start into the winter with our great shape from this summer – then it really looks promising fort he upcoming Olympic season.“

Jan Schmid (NOR, Fischer skis, boots and poles) followed in fourth place ahead of Haavard Klemetsen (NOR, Fischer), Björn Kircheisen (GER, Fischer skis and boots), Miroslav Dvorak (CZE, Fischer) and Eric Frenzel (GER, skis and boots).
