Anette Sagen from Norway (NOR, Fischer) secured a podium result during her home World Cup in Lillehammer. In men's competition Severin Freund (GER, Fischer) celebrated victory ahead of two brand mates.

In front of her home crowd Anette Sagen celebrated another podium finish after her victory with mixed team yesterday. Behind the Scandinavian Carina Vogt (GER, Fischer) made amends for her bad performance in mixed competition and improved to rank four. The Austrian girls Daniela Iraschko and Jacqueline Seifriedsberger (both AUT, Fischer) came in sixth and ninth, the Frenchwomen Coline Mattel (FRA, Fischer) finished seventh.

Top5 within two points
It was a very tight fight from normal hill in Lillehammer. After two rounds just two points were between the top five jumpers. Winner of the day became German Severin Freund who improved from three to one in the final round. Austria's Thomas Morgenstern (AUT, Fischer) finished second followed by the Overall World Cup winner 2012, Anders Bardal (NOR, Fischer). Eighth went to Gregor Schlierenzauer (AUT, Fischer) ahead of Taku Takeuchi (JPN, Fischer).
