ANDERS BARDAL CLAIMS THIRD SEASON'S VICTORY AT MÜHLENKOPFSCHANZE

Anders Bardal (NOR, Fischer) secured his third victory this winter at Mühlnkopfschanze in Willingen. The Norwegian sent Roman Koudelka (CZE, Fischer) and Daiki Ito (JPN, Fischer) to spot two and three.
Third success in 2011/12 for Bardal
He is one of the biggest surprises this winter: Anders Bardal. Ist was already the third victory of the Norwegian who reached 145,5 and 148 metres today. Therefor he was sevenpoints ahead of Roman Koudelka who jumped 147,5 and 146,5 metres. For the Czech who showed very constant results this winter it was just the second podium in his carreer - the first one this winter. Daiki Ito completed the podium. Kamil Stoch (POL, Fischer) finished fifth followed by Taku Takeuchi (JPN, Fischer) and the local hero Richard Freitag (GER, Fischer) who dropped back in the final round a bit. But the German stayed ahead of the best Austrians who was named Martin Koch (AUT, Fischer) today. Ninth went to Freitags team mate Severin Freund (GER, Fischer) in front of more than 12.000 fans. Rune Velta (NOR, Fischer) was ranked tenth.
