Kamil Stoch (POL, Fischer) was able to repeat his triumph from last year in Zakopane. The Polish celebrated victory ahead of his brand mates Richard Freitag (GER, Fischer) and Andreas Kofler (AUT, Fischer).
Kamil Stoch was able to manage the pressure at his home hill in Zakopane and he secured his fourth World Cup victory. The Polish kept his nerves and scored the best width of the day with 135 metres. This width put him 6.6 points ahead of Richard Freitag who jumped 126,5 metres twice. After rank 14 in the first round Andreas Kofler finished third, he landed at 130 metres in the final round. The Austrians was suffered with very bad conditions as three other jumpers at the end of round one.

Robert Kranjec (SLO, Fischer) finished fifth ahead of Roman Koudelka (CZE, Fischer) and Janne Happonen (FIN, Fischer). Jurij Tepes (SLO, Fischer) was ranked eighth followed by Aleksander Zniszczol (POL, Fischer), Severin Freund (GER, Fischer) fell behind in tenth position after his lead in the first round.
