Tora Berger (NOR, Fischer skis, boots and poles) and Magdalena Neuner (GER, Fischer skis and boots) made a podium in sprint race at biathlon World Cup in Nove Mesto with tough conditions.

Competition in a blizzard again
As in men's relay in Oberhof today's sprint race was helt in tough conditions with a blizzard during the race. The conditions were extremely marginal with gust of wind up to 30 km/h. Although Tora Berger and Magdalena Neuner showed a quite good shooting with two respectively three penalties: "If we wouldn't habe a competition today this winter weather would be great but now it's quite crazy. There is always someone who has a good shooting in this conditions but you can see that almost everyone had a lot of problems", Neuner smiled. "I met Kaisa in the penalty loop and she missed a few targets more than me."

Young Russians nearby the podium
The young Russians Olga Vilukhina (RUS, Fischer skis and boots) and Ekaterina Glazyrina (RUS, Fischer) did a great race again and finished fifth and sixth. Weronika Nowakowska (POL, Fischer skis and boots) came in seventh ahead of Nastassia Dubarezava (BLR, Fischer). Helena Ekholm (SWE, Fischer skis and boots) and Darya Domracheva (BLR, Fischer skis and boots) finished ninth and tenth.
